Company Policies and Ordering Information
 Ordering
• Orders can be placed through your sales representative, on the web at www.malhame.com, over the phone on our toll free number, 1-800-MALHAME (1-800-625-4263), or by fax (631) 694-2205.
• Our office hours are: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
• After an account has been established, the minimum reorder must be $100 net. Reorders less than $100 net are subject to a $5 handling charge.
• Our terms are net 30 days. There are “Early Buy Programs” where dating is available.
• A finance charge of 1.5 % per month (18% annual rate) will be applied to all invoices past due.
• VisaandMasterCardareaccepted.
• We provide order confirmation via email of all shipped orders
that have an email address on file.
Back orders
• Allbackordersunder$50netwillbecanceled.
Opening a new account
• To open a new account, a minimum order of $200 net must be placed. Reorders under $100 net will be subject to a $5 handling charge.
• Any order from a new account must be submitted with a signed Malhame credit application. Failure to submit a signed Malhame application can delay the order for as much as 3 weeks. Standard processing time for a new account credit check is 7 to 10 days.
• Malhame will accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Cash Before Delivery or C.O.D. to open a new account.
Finance Charges
• A finance charge of 1.5 % per month, (18% Annual Rate) will be applied to all invoices past due.
Discounts & Pricing
• All prices in this catalog reflect prices at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
• Dealer cost is 50% of the suggested retail price on all gift items.
Shipping
• AllordersareshippedF.O.B.Bohemia,NY.
• Orders will be shipped by U.P.S. or Fed-Ex Ground. whenever
possible. Large orders shipped by freight, will be sent freight collect. Upon request, merchandise can be sent via next day, second day and third day air.
• A drop ship charge of $2.50 per shipment will apply to all orders shipped directly to customers.
Returns
• Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
• All requests for returns must be made within 20 days of receipt
of merchandise.
• After 20 days, Malhame considers all orders final.
• All returns must be authorized by our returns department and
be issued a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number.

• All unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15 % re-stocking fee. The account will also be required to pay the shipping charges.
• Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. All returned merchandise not in saleable condition will be not be credited. If a shipment arrives damaged, please notify U.P.S., Fed-Ex. or the Freight Company immediately. Call Customer Service, to inform them that a claim has been filed. Malhame cannot take action until the claim has been filed.
Shortages
• Please notify us within 20 days upon receipt of merchandise.
Order Cancellations
• All cancellations must be authorized by our returns department and be issued an authorization number. Order cancellations will not be accepted without an authorization number.
• All unauthorized order cancellations will be subject to a 15 % re-stocking fee. The account will also be required to pay the shipping charges.
• All custom design and special orders are not subject to cancellation.
